This patient, from birth was missing two front teeth. In addition his teeth were short and very square. Needless to say he hardly smiled, which he felt compromised the quality of his life. This was a very complex case, which involved the cosmetic trimming of the gums to show less gum and give him longer teeth. The teeth that were present were re-shaped. The end result with six veneers was completed in 2 appointments, and resulted in a life changing experience. He now became aware of how much he had missed by not smiling.
