This patient presented a very interesting case. She was getting married in two months and hated her appearance. Because of existing medical conditions, she could not have braces placed. Her smile was very gummy and she wanted to show less gum. Her cuspid was removed and the gums were cosmetically trimmed to raise her smile and show less gum. With a combination of veneers and a ceramic bridge this case was completed in 3 appointments. At the alter, she was certainly a most beautiful bride with a radiant new smile.
